Features

  • The structural parts are manufactured from high quality cast iron with tempering and normalization treatment. This results in optimal stability of material and long term accuracy without deformation.
  • Designed with linear ways on x-axis and boxways on y, z-axis. This combined with great span between slidways permits heavy cutting and high speed machining.
  • Extra wide force distribution area on the beam slideways feature increased stability on the spindle head when performing heavy cutting.
  • The spindle head is a square construction with 8 sliding areas for increased rigidity.
  • Oversized sectional area of the spindle head assures outstanding stability when the spindle extends. This feature makes the machine excellent for heavy machining applications.
